Since its founding, the club has achieved an impressive rise through the divisions.
It earned promotion from the Fourth Division to the Third, then to the Second Division A.
This is the second tier of professional football in Egypt.

In the 2024–25 season, the Beni Suef side struggled and finished near the bottom of the table.
As a result, the team was relegated to the Second Division B.
